We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items. Contact us at luanjewelry@gmail.com with your order number within three (3) days of delivery and send the items back to us within the following time period:

14 days after delivery (must arrive at our studio within 14 days after delivery)

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom or personalized orders. (Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.)

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on orders whose packaging is damaged, used or damaged due to user error.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the product you want to return is returned in the same form as it was sent to you, along with the gift box, jewelry pouch, gift and the accompanying items.

All items must be returned in brand new condition; must not have been used. Products found to be used cannot be refunded.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may be lost in transit. We always recommend our customers use a trackable shipping method.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
